Fostera focuses on learning by doing. Instead of only teaching concepts, students participate in activities, challenges, discussions, workshops and real-world problem-solving that help them apply what they learn.


Student participation, engagement and performance can be documented through structured development insights and activity-based assessments. This helps schools gain a clearer view of student participation and progress beyond academic scores.

No. Fostera is designed around in-class interaction and practical, activity-based learning, with minimal to no additional work outside the session.

Students learn, participate and complete activities and assessments within the session itself, so there is no homework, assignments or additional academic tasks. Our goal is to make skill development engaging and productive, not another task on a student's to-do list.

Students gain exposure to practical skills, real-world problem-solving and new ways of thinking. Depending on the program, students may develop capabilities in areas such as AI & Technology, Communication, Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship, Critical Thinking and more, while also gaining confidence through hands-on experiences.


We understand that students may occasionally be absent due to commitments or other circumstances. To help them stay on track, Fostera provides session resources, key takeaways and relevant study materials for the missed session.

Students can also receive a brief revision or recap of the previous session in the next scheduled session, ensuring they can follow the program without falling behind.
